Once upon a time, in a quiet corner of the New Forest, three little pigs decided that bricks just wouldn’t cut it. They wanted more—rich coffee in the morning, proper food on the table, and a soft place to sleep it all off. So they built something better... a place to eat well, sleep deeply, and feel right at home

The first little pig dreamed of coffee.
Strong, smooth, and always brewing. A cosy corner to warm up and watch the world go by. A coffeehouse with flaky pastries, soft light, and the comforting hum of forest life outside.

The second little pig dreamed of food.
A pantry stocked with the best local produce—cheeses, charcuterie, pies, pâtés and fresh bread. A place to graze, gather, and taste the landscape of the New Forest.

And the third? The third little pig longed for rest.
. They dreamt of soft sheets, deep sleep, and windows that opened to forest air. A space to curl up, breathe out, and let the quiet do its work.
